2. Property viewing
We will arrange a convenient time with you to come and visit your property to discuss what solution best fits your needs.

3. Offer
Within 48 hours of our initial meeting we will provide you with your RedSofa Property Report. This report will contain our formal offer (subject to survey) will explain to you how this is calculated, it also includes your FREE Hometrack valuation report. Our offer will be a guaranteed cash offer, which is typically between 75% and 90% of the open market value of your property.

4. Your decision
Shortly after we have provided you with your report, we will contact you for your feedback, to ensure you are 100% confident about the next stages. Once you have made your decision, should you accept our offer, we will give you the option of a 14 day cooling off period to make sure you are totally happy about proceeding.

5. Sale
Should you accept our offer, we will handle the rest for you. You can choose your own solicitor, or you can use one of ours. Whether you use your solicitor or ours, we will refund up to £500 of your legal fees. We will require a survey to be carried out (which is paid for by us), this will be done at your convenience, don't worry though, as we will keep you fully informed every step of the way.
